I can't access 2+2 from work, but I did just shoot an e-mail off. Very disappointing that they've left us out on this bonus.
I had a good e-mail exchange with one of the Stars support people, their e-mail support does continue to be first-rate even if this policy decision is bogus.
Unfortunately, while he assured me that they are indeed reconsidering the issue, I think that this is probably a losing battle.
